Today Robert and Mel installed plantation shades on five windows - living room, dining room and two bedrooms. They arrived at 1pm and finished by 3pm. I'm so happy with the work and windows. Robert and Mel were friendly, professional and lefty house clean and tidy. They removed all the existing shades and kept the hardware with the shades for a friend who I'm giving them to. The quote was done by Tom who was clear about options and really nice. I highly recommend Creative Window Fashions.

Very happy! Had used another company previously and had long wait times and lack of follow through so found this company and the process has been so smooth. Nicole has been so helpful and prompt, Tom came out to measure and was kind and got me a quote the same day. Despite Covid delays, I got my shutters installed 7 weeks from ordering (prior company I ordered from took 4 months). Robert and Mel came for install. They were kind, quick and efficient. Just ordered another batch of shutters today to get our house done.
