While curtains are designed specifically to adorn windows, that isn’t their only possible function. Lucious silk or sumptuous velvet drapes make a dazzling addition to entryways, archways, and hallways and can do wonders for the interior decor of your home.
Any design expert will tell you that window treatments should be an essential element when choosing a decor scheme and not a last-minute afterthought. Draperies can serve as the inspiration for the design of a room or accent the space in a great way. Choose a style, fabric, or texture you love, and create the space around that feature. Your window treatments will likely hang for years and are more challenging to switch out than smaller accents, such as throw pillows.
Drapery makes customizing your space easy and enjoyable. Rooms in your home with two or more windows create a fantastic opportunity to display multiple thin panels of patterned or solid draperies. Whether you decide on bold, statement-making prints, or neutral hues that blend with your room’s background, you can’t go wrong by adding drapes to a room.
